Reiki is a Japanese Energy modality that relieves stress and promotes your body’s propensity to heal.

What is a Reiki Level 1 Attunement?
It’s an energetic process that opens and taps into your energy field so you can be a channel for Reiki healing energy. It’s perfect for your first season. Reiki Level 2, Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher attunements are also available

What is a distant treatment?
A distant treatment can be conducted via Zoom or phone. It can be compared to a Reiki infused personalized guided meditation. Mindful movement may be incorporated to loosen physical stagnation.

What to expect?
We will review any specific needs addressed in the free 15 min consult. You will want to be in an relaxed environment with limited distractions whenever possible.

As I rely on technique & intuition, no two sessions are alike. Clients are typically very relaxed at the end of the session and tap into this beautiful time of reflection & healing.
